Once the inspection is complete after the dye, the fabrics are sized as they are woven back into the Weaving Beam. Depending on the material and the environment, we realize the necessity to adjust the thickness and combination of ingredients in the adhesive paste.

In a factory that is HVAC controlled, we have installed the newest Electronic Shedding Motion, as well as the most efficient Drawing machines and reeding machines. Shape stability processing, liquid ammonia processing, raising processing, calendering, piece dyeing, and creping: to meet the needs of these constantly changing markets, we combine our data analyses and our experimental data collections with the newest processing equipment.
